I started my Saturday morning with a giant mess in the garage from a water heater whose time was up. What I was most concerned about was how are stressful and costly it would be to try to get a plumber out here on a Saturday. I’ve very thankful that the ONLY one who answered my call was CDS Plumbing! Elizabeth called me right away and I was able to text her photos since I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. The tech, Jordan, was at our house in just a few hours (all on a Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed in no time. This was such a refreshing experience, I am unfortunately used to electricians, handy men etc coming in and charging way too much money for shotty work and this was the complete opposite! I really felt like everyone at CDS plumbing was trying to help me and not take advantage of a desperate situation. I HIGHLY recommend CDS plumbing!

i called about 7 plumbers on google. went down the list. excuse after excuse if not it was someone trying to rip me off! these guys are amazing. he explained what i may need based on the info i gave. made sure he had all the items to do the job warranteed the work for a year on the new hot water heater and gave me an affordable price. i can’t thank him enough. totally hassle free for someone who lives out of state. Truly god sent.

Working with Justin and CDS was a pleasure from start to finish. He’s quick to respond, honest, friendly, and won’t try to push you into an upgrade or job just to make the most money. Our tankless water heater went to the big Home Depot in Heaven and we were without hot water. He inspected the unit, gave us a price and made suggestions based on our home’s needs. We had a new water heater installed and running the next day (today)! His team was quick, friendly, and made sure to clean up when they were done. The installation actually took way less time than I was expecting.

A new home is always a daunting project that you put pride into. We were happy to find a plumber that we can depend on—especially one that will do the same quality of work clearly put into our home prior. Thanks, Justin! No more cold showers!
